A dotted panel is a genuine Samsung Dynamic AMOLED 2X display for the Galaxy S21 Ultra that has a small cosmetic flaw — one or two dead pixels (dots). Because it isn’t perfect, it’s graded down and sold for thousands of rupees less than a flawless original, while keeping the same colour accuracy, brightness and resolution.
