This position requires inbound call Handeling, chat with the clients who visit our website to place order, email support to those client who need help in placing orders.
Consultative skills, follow-up skills and collaboration with management team and maintain the existing customer base.
Agent must be resposible for correct communications to maintain our Brand Reputation as well as long term relationship with clients.
Deal customers with the highest standard of customer service.
Minimum of 2 years professional overall experience required.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e. g. CRM / Windows / MS office softwares).
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Graduation or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Basic SALARY : 70k to 100k
– SHIFT TIMING : (05:00AM to 02:00PM) (01:00PM to 10:00PM) & (08:00PM to 05:00AM)
– 1 Hour Break
– weekly 1 day off.
